Weekend Update

Holy smokes! I haven't blogged FOREVER!!! To all of my loyal fans out there, I sincerely apologize for my lack of diligence. I know that viewing my blog takes up countless hours of your leisure time, so I'm extremely sorry for the massive amounts of boredom that must have overwhelmed your lives:)
Anywho, Here's what you've missed-
1. Valentines Day- In short...it was amazing. I could write it all down, but Ash already did it some beautifully in her blog that i think you should all just go check it out. So just click on her name on the left of my blog under "peeps" to check it out.
2. St. George trip-
For Brad's birthday we made a trip down to St. George for President Day weekend. It was super fun. Brad, Gordy, Chase, Jonny and I all made the trip. We camped at a sweet little camp site on the shores of a resivour. Everyday we woke up and mountain biked until about noon , ate lunch, and then headed out to the cliffs to do some rock climbing. It was tons of fun... Check it out!

Setting up camp...Don't ask me what Brad is pointing at
Ruff Riders - Just look at how hard core we are
Chase just needed alittle help getting started
Jonny was running up those cliffs like a little mountain goat

Brad was giving us the 4-1-1 on how to climb

This is how Brad spent the majority of his time on the trails. Lets just say it took him awhile to figure out his clip-in pedals.

Jonny hiked up along side one of the routes to get some sweet angles for some sweet pics

Us at the top of Paradise Rim. It was a super fun ride.

The boys are back in town

Life is a funny thing. It seems like you always want, to some degree, what you can't have.
All last semester, all four of us were single. It seemed like every night, whether we liked it or not, was guy's night. Now, it seems the curse has been lifted. We've finally been able to convince some amazing girls into liking us:) As you can probably guess this means that we spend about every free second we have...not with the boys.
So, we decided we'd do a throwback night. You know, just for old times sake.
So Friday night was guys night. Of course we did what any normal group of guys would do on a guys night; basketball game, greasy food, Nintendo, and war movies. It was perfect:)

This was the halftime entertainment at the flash game. His name was Rubber Man! He was amazing!

Burger supreme... It puts a little hair on your chest

The Wii, ya gotta love it.

VICTORY!
Defeat...

Deer Valley

Last weekend was the official Visa Freestyle International Ariel Competition. Heather was on her way up there to meet with her friends and passed the idea on to us. When she told us about it, we pulled together a last minute date and had a great time. Gordy, Jenn, Ashley and I all went up to the competition. We ended up arriving a little late at Deer Valley and missed out on the ariels. However we did get to enjoy live entertainment and fireworks. The event took place half way up the hill at a mid-mountain lodge. We rode the chairlift up and then enjoyed the night.
Once our fingers were frozen we decided to head into downtown Park City. Gordy had a gift certificate to Main Street Pizza and Noodle Company. It was amazing! We felt like we were living the high life. Thanks to the gift certificate we could finally afford a better meal then 2 Junior bacon cheeseburgers and a small frosty:)
All and all it was a super fun night with some super fun gals!
